Join us for an evidence-based exploration of Google NotebookLM and Microsoft Copilot Researcher—two AI platforms with the potential to deliver time savings on thematic analysis, literature synthesis, and qualitative coding.

This session examines:

  • Practical workflows for interview/focus group transcript analysis
  • Efficiency gains in research landscape analyses
  • Concrete safeguards for privacy, accuracy, and methodological rigor
  • Side-by-side comparison of free vs. enterprise solutions
  • When AI genuinely helps versus when human judgment remains irreplaceable

Following a 20-minute presentation with live demonstrations, we will examine case studies from evaluators that include implementation challenges, validation standards, and ethical considerations of these tools. At the end, there will be time for audience questions and peer discussion.

Who should attend: Evaluators curious about AI tools, concerned about AI risks, or seeking practical guidance on responsible adoption.
