Her career spans developing and implementing data-driven strategies for organizations across various sectors, including education, food justice, environmental, and social services, with a particular focus on health and human services.
Dana's expertise lies in designing processes that elevate diverse perspectives and engage communities in problem-solving, empowering all participants to contribute meaningfully to organizational learning and change.
