Internal evaluators find themselves pulled in many directions. To be effective, we need to balance traditional evaluation activities with skills in facilitation, capacity building, and culture change, to name a few. As a result, internal evaluators often ask themselves "where does my job start and end?" At this interactive webinar, we will share strategies for maximizing the impact of internal evaluation based on our professional experiences in the health and not-for-profit sectors. We will discuss practical tips and strategies about what's worked for us and are interested in learning what's worked for you. Topics will include how internal evaluators can: shift internal culture, break down silos, coach at the grassroots level, balance standardization with customization, and generate excitement within organizations. We invite you to join us in our quest to move internal evaluation practice from an isolated service to an embedded philosophy within our organizations.
